The Oval Picnic Area (Mount Buffalo National Park)

Bring a picnic basket and a cricket set to the Oval. An easily accessible site from the road to the chalet. Surrounded by shady snow gums this site offers picnic tables and fire pits as well as short cut to the Crystal Brook Falls via the Gorge Heritage walk located on the far side of the oval. Beware of unprotected cliff edges nearby.
