Bridge 12 is closed due to structural damage and rot

Bridge 12 upstream from Kay Picnic Ground is closed due to structural failures in the supporting beams, as a result of this closure access is blocked between Lyrebird Falls Receptions and Kays Picnic ground. Funding is being sought to replace this bridge, once secured the works will commence and advice will be provided on this page.

Bridge 18 Now Open to walkers

Bridge 18 on Sassafras Creek Walking Track has been re-built and is open to walkers, the park team will be working on clearing the track through to Priors Road in the week starting the 22nd of July.
